Item: Penalties for not showing up for a tournament round without notification

• First Offence = No fine or penalty.
• Second Offence = $ up to the about of the Entry Fee.

 

Danny Kopec

• Two lectures to be scheduled at $100 each.

 

Inducements to join club

Vote to offer inducements to join

• 50% discount for first year membership passed.
• Vote was later rescinded

 

Danny Kopec paid $60 for a two year membership from 9/28/2007 through 10/09/2009.

 

Andy Bauer motioned to raise the contribution from 15% of tournament entry fees to 20%.  This motion was seconded and passed.

 

Ruth Arluck offered to place flyers at the Polgar club if Susan doesn’t mind.

 

New Officers voted in:

Joseph Felber – President and Treasurer.

Brian Lawson – Vice president

Jay Kleinman – Secretary
